life update

well its been a life changing couple of weeks, having thought i had found the perfect life time partner was devastated to find out she no longer feels the same. So here to the next challange has a single parent with four kids..... Be glad to see the back of 2009 it has been officially the shittest year of my life

wieght update

this morning sitting at 15st 2lb

on the work scales in boots standing bang on 100kilos the others in the officer who are shorter than me outwiegh me so not to bad

todays wiegh in

have at last gone sub 16stone with a 15st and 13lb
have manged to get out of bed early enough to be down the gym at 630am 2 mikes on the tread mill and some weights.

Whilst watching the play at WCS managed to forget my age and fell of the wall whilst sliding down the railing, unfortunatly a well placed rubbish bin cushioned my slip and knocked the wind out of me. Sat with an ice pack...........

Morning wiegh in

Had a good day on the food front getting some help and supoort as usual from work mated has they ordered bacon sandwhiches which they promptly waved about and offered.

Yesterday was the Start

Yesterday was the start to the new me a fitter and thinner me

Duped by the power of advertising i have began a get thin and get fit campaign
this is made all the harder because trying to get over a sore Medial Knee ligament but no pain no gain, Back to the advert Promax the makers of maximuscle diet a meal replacement drink mix and shake. Reading all the reviews Taste great mixes well etc... well If i ever imagined what cold sick tasted like then this is it but no pain no gain.
So yesterday hopping on the scales 16st 4lbs aim to hit 15st zero ilbs timescale ASAP.

This morning 16st 2.5lbs so a good start. was getting concerned that the wii fit board was saying"ow" when i stood on it



any way i digress the more important news is what my two Chinchillas thought of Man U's title win.
I always like to give them the latest news. to read!!
and has i hate the Daily Mail with a passion yesterday was a double whammy

Weekend Drama

The weekend started well with an Electrician carrying out a routine electrically check on our house, his verdict you need a complete rewire its dodgy to say the least.


Well come 9pm Jordan shouts from the shower "oi turn the lights back on" at the same time Nic shouts from the bedroom "can you smell fire" so thinking the trip switch in the garage needed flicking back on i troop out to the garage flick the switch the spark that flashed out illuminated the dark garage.


By now upstairs jordy still showering in the dark and Nicole is moving all the furniture I offered advice "Nic its not the plug sockets that is the problem its the lights." I guessed this based on the facts that the lights were off and the tele still on seemed logically but Logic was meet with a Shut Up nothing new there. By now the smell was weakening. So i ventured into the loft. Boy it smelt strong up there. Which i knew was not a good sign. After a bit of poking around no signs of Fire Any way drama over no Fire Brigade needed.








The electrician returns Saturday and removes the offending light in our room (see Photo) a mass of black melted wires and scorch marks on the roof shows how close we came to using the fire service

Any way further work in the loft he emerges with about a 2 foot length of melted wiring that was more a danger than the light fitting itself so thank goodness for the trip switched which turned the electric off and allowed it all to cool down. So a temp fix was put in place. Until the work can be further repaired. Unfortunately that didn't last and by night fall we still had no upstairs lights as once again the system shorted itself out.

Sunday Niel is back I know how he likes his tea now and its ready to hand to him, thinking of getting him his own mug. Mind you he is not stupid turned down some home made cake. In fact this turns out to be a right result the cake is delicious which allows Chris to have more.

He has just left uttering the words there it will be fine, BUT you have my number. Evidently the house is now a priority to be rewired. Deep Joy.

its been a while

Its been awhile since i last tappped in
in the mean time Cobham have a down and down season starting midtablish on alphabetic placing we slowly dropped into the bottom 3 so a tour of Div one will be the outcome for the next season

A sign of getting older is when your Eldest Son moves out........... 1 Down 1 pending 2 to go

College has been going well I have now handed in both sections for thoose not in the know doing an A level in photography at the better of the two colleges in Farnborough any way didn't want to to go the other one, got thrown out of there when it was a grammer school.
Any way back to the photos I was tasked with taking photos around Woking at nightime 3 times i was accused of either being a Terroists or belive it or not Told to get of off private property I was Standing in Commercial Way at the time. And the second half of my course work I had to take photos of Steam Trains so turned into a train spotter, Not Good
